Email Support

For help with your account, program generation, workout logging, Apple Health, Apple Watch sync, GPS runs, notifications, or data deletion, email info@getsweati.com.

Privacy and Data Requests

Use Account Settings to delete your account or workout history. You can also email support for privacy, data access, correction, or deletion help.

Delete Your Account

Signed-in users can delete their account from Account Settings > Delete. This removes access to profile data, programs, logs, and related account data.

Apple Health Permissions

Apple Health permissions are controlled by iOS. You can change them in the Health app or iOS Settings at any time. Sweati uses Apple Health only for fitness, recovery, progress, and workout-sync features.

Apple Watch Sync

If the watch is not showing the current workout, open Sweati on the phone, keep both devices nearby, and use refresh on the watch. Watch sync depends on Apple Watch connectivity and permissions.

Outdoor Run GPS

Location permission is optional and used only while the app is in use for outdoor guided run distance tracking. If permission is denied or GPS is unavailable, distance steps stay manual.

Notifications

Notifications are used for workout reminders, rest-timer alerts, and workout updates. You can manage app notification preferences in Sweati and system permission in iOS Settings.
